A lovely small hotel in the center of Düsseldorf. An amazing location. A short walking distance from stores, restaurants, parks and public transportation. The hotel was very quiet and clean, staff very friendly. I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

I only stayed here a night for work, but it was a perfectly pleasant hotel. Room was a bit tight but not an issue as my stay was not very long. Clean bathroom, comfy bed. Only thing is that the AC unit did not get very cool and it was a hot summer night in Düsseldorf, so the room felt a bit clammy and warm. Had the window open which worked for me, but expect some city noise if you do this.
The AC unit could have been a bit more powerful to really cool down the room. Could have just been a fluke in my room and would I have stayed longer, I would definitely have tried to fix it with the staff. For one night it was not a big issue for me.

The room was a large family at the top of the building to the rear , the bathroom with both bath and shower was large. The room was very quiet and the air con excellent. Huge TV on wall.
As the room was on the top the tiny lift which operated problematical on went to the floor below which meant carrying suitcases both up and down a flight of stairs - not ideal for a 70yr old !!

Staff was helpful and assisted us with late check in. We stayed in a spacious room at the top fo the building, glazed front wall was a nice feature. We also had an exercising machine in the corner. Powerful air conditioning. Good breakfast with bottomless coffees and teas. Underground car park is 2 min walk down the road for €25 per 24hrs.
Black out drapes to full height windows were difficult to close and stuck in few places, luckily the following morning was cloudy so we managed to sleep into the morning regardless of the gaps letting light in. It's a shame there was no fridge in the room.

Very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful, whenever i needed anything they were more than happy to help. Especially the lady with the blonde hair, i dont know her name but god bless you. I bought some flowers and after i chcked out i came back to the hotel to ask if she could keep them, so i can come back later and pick them up. She kept them in water and perfectly handed th back. Will be back again

From the first contact, staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Friendly and kind, they made my stay very comfortable. Comfy bed, great shower and Netflix on massive TV. Heaven! The neighbourhood is quiet and 10 minutes walk from the centre

Nice location, 24h reception.
We got a room on the ground floor, and despite it was facing the courtyard, it was still hard to sleep, especially because some guests in the courtyard were producing a lot of noise.

Wonderful
We stayed at Beryal Boutique Hotel with colleagues and were very satisfied overall. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the city center with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet the area is very quiet and peaceful.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The only downside was that we weren’t allowed to sit on the terrace after 8 PM, even for a quiet drink, due to strict neighborhood noise regulations. We were told that neighbors might call the police if disturbed, which was a bit frustrating in the evenings.
Otherwise, a great choice for a comfortable and central stay in Düsseldorf.

The location is so convenient, only few minutes away from the train station. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was clean and cozy.
