Amazing location and amazing staffs.
Celine was supper friendly and lovely. We were so satisfied with this hotel service and breakfast and all facilities in the heat wave during our stay in Germany. It was our first vacation after our marriage and the hotel make us remember this vacation for ever
We recommend it for 100% sure and we are thankful for the service.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. Location of the hotel is fantastic.
The rooms are not like in the pictures. My room was damp and there was an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. I thought there was parking at the property because it is advertized as “Parking (accessible)” but apparently it means there is a garage nearby and I still had to pay €25 to park my car there. I specifically sent them a message and asked about the parking situation a couple of days before my arrival but they didnt respond.
