Amazingly good value for money. Friendly staff. Good location near to station in the direction of most of the sites of interest in Dusseldorf.
Lift was being repaired so had to use stairs. Pillow was too thin.

Good location, clean, everything worked, low price (we didn't take their breakfast - found better value at the place opposite the Hbf). In a very hot week the fridge in the room was very valuable. We would happily go back there.
We didn't spot in advance that the list of facilities omitted "kettle tea+coffee": that would have been good. We managed to work out that the entry code we had been given, in the style 1234 or *1234#, should be entered as A1234B when using the keysafe. That would have been unfortunate if we hadn't worked it out. (They told us that their late entry technology might change again soon).

Location was great, very close to two stations that took us everywhere we wanted to go within the city. Breakfast was really good and the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible

Good location within walking to colity
We booked two rooms one double and twin room. For 4 people each room had only one glass in each room. under the bed there was previous guest sock left was not cleaned under bed. Soap bottle in bathroom was empty. No toilet roll in one room.

We forgot our toothbrush, but the staff was so friendly that we could arrange for a pickup by DHL. It took a very long time to arrive 3-4 weeks, but we're happy to have our electric toothbrush back.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the old town and other attractions. The receptionist on arrival was very helpful and friendly on checking in and also at breakfast. She gave us information on travelling to Neuss. Where to get the tickets and tram etc.
The beds were like lying on concrete. However, the receptionist asked after our 1st nights sleep if the beds were too hard. She then offered a couple of mattress toppers which were put on three of the beds by the next night. There weren't enough for each bed. The pillows were not comfortable.

Incredible value for money. Bigger bed than expected for a single room, with a good quality mattress, pillow and duvet. Very helpful staff upon checkin – and via message before arrival. Great location.
Shower could have been a little more powerful and the soap/shower gel of better quality.
