The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the old town and other attractions. The receptionist on arrival was very helpful and friendly on checking in and also at breakfast. She gave us information on travelling to Neuss. Where to get the tickets and tram etc.
The beds were like lying on concrete. However, the receptionist asked after our 1st nights sleep if the beds were too hard. She then offered a couple of mattress toppers which were put on three of the beds by the next night. There weren't enough for each bed. The pillows were not comfortable.

Incredible value for money. Bigger bed than expected for a single room, with a good quality mattress, pillow and duvet. Very helpful staff upon checkin – and via message before arrival. Great location.
Shower could have been a little more powerful and the soap/shower gel of better quality.

Good location. Near Little Tokyo.
The glass door lose its plastic edge at the bottom. Water spills out during shower. It cause bad smell of the toilet even it has ventilation.
The refrigerator is extremely small which even cannot store a small box of sushi.

The hotel has a nice location and had a fantastic receptionist. She was so helpful and caring. A credit to the company!
The lift had poorly fitting inner doors, which only closed correctly at the top. They were misaligned.

Great little hotel in the center of Düsseldorf. The reception was very friendly and any questions I had were answered quickly. Highly recommended when on a business trip to Düsseldorf.

The staff is friendly and location of hotel is awesome.
The check-in time is quite late-3 pm. I messaged them about the possibility of an early check-in, but didn’t receive a positive response. In addition, they don’t have enough parking spaces, so don’t count on getting one, and parking isn’t free-it’s 20 euros per day. I ended up parking two streets away from the hotel for 17 euros per day.
