We were sent to the wrong Barbarossa 20 mins away. Booking should have warned therer are 2 hotels with same name.

Arriving at 22.00 hrs to find no airport shuttle service, despite it advertised, no time limits advertised and advertising 24 hrs check in. I ticked shuttle the box and gave an arrival time. The staff member was apologetic though the excuse was inadequate and he was put in an understandably difficult position by poor and/or disingenuous management. It cost me 40 Euros return total in taxi. fairs. Had I known I would NOT have chosen this hotel. In essence it's nothing short of fraud.

Upon check-in, the receptionist insisted on taking a copy of my credit card, claiming their terminal was out of order. They explained that since I had paid online, they needed the copy for technical reasons to process the payment from the booking site. Arriving late at night, I felt I had no choice but to comply.
However, due to this security risk, I am now forced to block my card.
I have no other complaints regarding the stay itself.
