Check in at the reception was excellent. Herr Van den Langenberg was the most friendly, kind and helpful receptionist you could wish for. The room was very spacious and clean. We only slept here for a few hours because we had an early flight to catch, but we really enjoyed our stay. This is the best hotel for this purpose in the whole neighborhood. We will definitely come back here again.

Nice hotel near the airport. Quiet location, so you could sleep with the window open. Clean, large rooms with a comfortable bed.

I usually don't make bad reviews, but this time I have to. At the reception very arrogance guy who welcome you. My room number 501, was in the basement with a strong smell of mold, dirty carpet and I had strong respiratory problems during night cause I am allergic. Super humidity and heatings were not working,I used hairdryer to warm up a bit the room. It was a really nightmare! I don't recommend this hotel, just if you "have to"... Dusseldorf hotels year by year are getting worse and more expensive.... A tragedy!
