The rooms are perfectly equipped and a good size. The staff are great, everything I asked I was told “ofcourse” as nothing was a problem. We also had a late train on the day of departure and the staff had no issue allowing us to keep our room until later, meant so much

Location was great, despite being downtown Düsseldorf it was very quiet.
Staff was very friendly. There were lots of small thoughtful touches. Everything was very clean.
The shower was a tad on the small side, but that was likely because I am used to US dimensions.
