Location
No AC in the room, and ventilation is bad. The refrigerator motor made a loud noise every 20-30 minutes.

This hotel is not a 4-star property by any reasonable standard.
Although I was told that my room had been upgraded to a suite, it did not have proper air conditioning. The temperature inside the room was around 33°C. There was a portable cooling unit/fan, but it barely worked, required constant adjustment to keep running, made a very loud noise, and was completely insufficient for the size of the room.
The bathroom was not very clean. The shower gel and shampoo containers had already been opened and used, and the dispensers themselves were dirty. The minibar was completely empty. There was one bottle of water provided, but it was not even kept cold in the refrigerator.
The room layout was also inconvenient. The light switches were located only near the entrance, making it impossible to turn off the lights from the bed. I had to get out of bed every time I wanted to switch the lights off.
The floor was covered with tiles, which felt unusual and uncomfortable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. The bathroom amenities were extremely limited, consisting only of a few cotton swabs. The toilet paper did not appear to be freshly replaced or sealed, and the overall cleanliness standards in the bathroom were below expectations.
The room included a small kitchenette, but there was a notice stating that the staff was not responsible for washing dishes, which felt odd for a hotel of this category.
Finally, the overall design and condition of the room felt outdated, worn, and in need of renovation.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The furniture is modern, comfortable, and in great condition. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

They gave me the worst room right outside de elevator. I coul hear the doors an people talking. It was also very expensive. I booked the hotel 5 months ago. I also booked this hotel for a coworker two days before my arrival and the price of the stay per night for my coworker was less than half de price of what I payed. I feel ripped out since I booked a lot of time ahead.

Location Location Location!
Walking distance to Little Tokyo so if you like food it's a no brainer to stay around there. we did not make use of the breakfast as that was 25 euro per person (a bit steep for a breakfast) it's all up to you if you find it worth the money. Just be aware that most restaurants open around 11:30-12:00 P.M. so if you're an early bird you probably will have to resort to bakeries / cafés.
Room was Big (we had the apartment...well the kitchenette is nice but seriously who is going to use it? but the extra space is quite nice) there were also no cutlery and pots and pans so yeah quite useless for guests that really were going to cook some stuff (maybe simple things like pasta or noodles) Might be a tip for the hotel to include those things.
Parking in front of the Hotel for guests (perfect if you travel by car). You need to message the hotel to reserve a parking spot and they will open up the parking spot with a key when you ask the hotel staff. the parking spaces are quite tight but with my 5 meter + 2 meter wide car i could still fit in (just park slowly and it will be fine) Use your car camera's!
Smoke: Room smelled like smoke so the first thing we did was open all 3 windows to air out the room (also noticed that the Radiator was on 5...I turned it it off because it wasn't necessary to heat up the room). we're not difficult people so we just work with what we have...after 10-15 min the smoke smell dissapeared but clearly the hotel should check if people actually smoke in the room...
Pillows: They are too soft! (couldn't fall asleep for like 1.5 hours or so) maybe a tip for the hotel to invest in better pillows...it was really hard to sleep (i had to fold the pillow for some volume). My wife had the same issue so it's not only me...
Hot: the rooms are quite hot and the blankets are way too thick so after rolling for 30 minutes we decided to open the windows because it was unbearable to sleep with the windows closed (there is also no AC)
Hotel room doors are quite thin we did not had problems with sounds coming from the hallway but if someone is standing outside you can clearly hear their voices. This hotel feels a bit more between the 3 and 4 star vibe. it's good enough to stay at for 1 or 2 nights. It's still an Okay Hotel don't get me wrong especially if you're with a couple (we just stayed here because we wanted to do a 2-day food trip in Dusseldorf so it was perfect for us)

Poor
Just that they reminded at the last minute of the 2nd day I was there, just before checking out, that I had breakfast included in the rate. And they allowed me to have breakfast at 10:05 instead of closing it then.
Everything elase; room, location, price/quality ratio, etc.
