Close to central station.
Nice western and Japanese breakfast options (natto, rice, miso soup, side dishes...).
Room was clean and cozy.
The view was also nice. Staffs were friendly and supportive.
Very close to little tokyo as well.

A well arranged room. Large enough. Very good staff that were helpful. Could use the parking in front of the hotel which was practical.
The shower has a window which is pretty small. Due to the special position of the shower head it is easy to make the bathroom floor wet.
The room was a bit hot. No way to change the temperature, just opened the window sometimes.

Staff was friendly
For the same prize I could have got a better hotel in the neighbourhood. The hotel was very outdated, it really needs renovation. It had very old smelly carpet in the hallway, the interior of the room was also outdated at least 20 years

This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The area around the hotel is run down and did t feel safe at night.
