The staff was really helpful, really nice and eager to help. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is recommended
Only one power outlet worked out of 3 and the bathroom had mold in the joints of the tiles in the shower.

hotel staff were friendly and tried to help us with our questions.
The hotel offers an affordable price for a country like Germany. We stayed in a triple room. It wasn't as wide as it looked in the photos. There is no elevator available and you have to take out the suitcases on the 4th floor. The entrance of the room, you passed between a column and another hotel door, is a very narrow space and it is not possible for an overweight person to pass through it. In any case, the evacuation of the hotel is quite troublesome. In order to reach the evacuation ladder, that is, the fire escape, you have to go through another room, I don't know how this was allowed in Germany. The only good thing I can say is the affordable price.

The hotel is located literally right around the corner from a parking garage, which is open 24 hours (closed on Sundays). The Little Tokyo section of Dusseldorf is also within a 2 minute walk from the hotel, with many authentic restaurants you can eat at. Plenty of shopping opportunities within the immediate area as well. Pleasant staff.

Good stay. Very good breakfast with very, very good staff (exceptional). Very good reception, very good staff, very helpful. Good location to visit Dusseldorf (better only 5stars).
Very dirty room. From day to day all is OK and all is clean, but old drity is no acceptable. We suggest general cleaning.

Great location, close to the shopping center of Dusseldorf. An affordable parking garage right next door. Breakfast is basic and good. Rooms are value for money. Staff is nice and helpful. We will be back.
We searched our room for 10 minutes to find the 220 VAC outlets, they were behind the beds (our room was a 3-bed room).

The staff was nice and polite and the room was clean and tidy.
Electric kettle and bottle of water, and 1-2 small snacks would be much better if they were in the room. Or even an automatic machine that gives soft drinks, water or chocolates by paying money.
