The reception guy was very good, hotel is close to centre.
There is no reception at night so you have to take keys yourself from a terminal but the terminal was out of order so I had to find the keys myself. No fridge at room. In terms of performance/price this was the lowest I have ever seen.

It was very well located for me. If youre thinking of doing the Volksgarten parkrun, this property is about 10 mins walk from the start. Very clean and tidy and the room was well appointed. I would definitely stay there again

There was a dog barking at midnight (seemed that a family also paid the accommodation for their dog). I woke up at around 2 am, because I could here the bark very clearly. I would suggest to bring your own earplugs in case of something unexpected.

Hotel is in a quiet area within comfortable walking distance of the main railway station, trams and a supermarket. Had room 15 on the ground floor. It was functional, clean and comfortable. Outside the window is an outdoor area with a table and chairs immediately. Thankfully it wasn't used, but if it was I would imagine it could be noisy in the room.
My first experience with using a keycode was not a good one as there are two terminals to use and I was inadvertantly given the wrong one so couldn't get the key. Problem was quickly resolved after I messaged the owner. Stayed two nights, but the room was only provided with one coffee satchet and one (green tea) teabag. I'm sure the owner would have happily provided another on request if they had been there at the time.

The breakfast, which included not only very many different jams, cereals and smoothies, but also things you seldom get in a typical breakfast buffet, such as hoummus and herring
Cleanliness. I had a very dusty Buddha over my bed, a dead grasshopper in the bath and fingerprints on the windows - it just didn't look properly cleaned. Also, there is no roomkeeping at all during the stay unless it is explicitly requested (with self-service for toiletries etc.)
