Disappointing
The room was nice, and the hotel in general is very well designed. Also, the district is pleasant.
The host guy was sarcastic and unfriendly. Just an example: when I asked for more milk for my coffee, he started to clarify why, because 'I already have enough'. And some other things. I read other reviews afterwards and 100% understand what people meant. Finally, I found myself not willing to talk to him.

Very quiet, comfortable and the room is quite large. Good accommodation for bringing my dog.
It would be better if there were Steckdose in an accessible place near the head side of the bed. I had to find it under the nightstand and it's difficult to reach.

SERVICE: 5 stars for quick and courteous service from staff. I accidentally left a personal item in the room upon checking out on Saturday. I messaged them via the Booking app on Sunday, and they had shipped my item via mail by 6:00 Monday morning. It cost me just $10 for shipping instead of $200+ to replace the item. CONVENIENCE: The location is within walking distance of the concert hall and the 24-hour kiosk made checking in after an event very convenient. I would book here again for any event at Mitsubishi Electric Halle.
PARKING: Booking site notates the parking as on-site as though there's a private lot. The property is street-front, so the parking options (which the hotel emailed in detail before check-in) are street parking or a nearby garage; be advised that the public garage has limited hours which one may need to plan around if attending a late evening event.

Rude staff at reception. Insulted me after I asked to note down my company’s address for invoicing. Still no invoice received after 2 weeks. Would suggest to any business traveler to avoid this place. Wrong location was shown while booking (south of Düsseldorf near The Frame where I had to go, but actual address is downtown!

The location was a bit far from center but close to public transport system. The Room and the building is pretty well decorated. Fully equipped has everything u need.
The staff wasn't there a lot it was self check in wich worked out pretty well. However, at the checkout time, the receptionist was extremely rude. They don't allow u to stay on the property in the lobby or backyard in my case my flight was at nigth. So that is something I expected from every property.
