Exceptional
The hotel's location is excellent with both the fairgrounds and the city center just a short 10-minute drive away. This central position made my stay incredibly convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also a highlight. It was not only delicious but also offered a diverse selection to suit various preferences. What truly made my stay great was the hotel's staff. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
I stayed in double room on the first floor, it was a bit noisy from the street so I had to close the window to reduce the noise. But when staying at city centre, street noise is not something you can completely eliminate.

Comfortable, clean, good views. Bed was nice and comfortable. Shower great. Easy to get an Uber to and from location. Good pubs and places to go for a drink/eat nearby.
Shower enclosure was tiny. Little tricky to manouvre the bi-fold shower doors, but manageable, but could prove difficult for larger or elderly people. No english TV channels.

Location was really great!
Really loud hotel - two nights in a row had bad sleep of people listening tv very loudly and two ladies arguing during the night in a hallway.

The location is excellent, on the airport side of town. Regular tram outside the door into the city centre. We didn't have breakfast. The staff were very friendly and cleanliness was excellent. The hotel was by far and away the cheapest for our dates at the time and there will be a compromise with price. It was pitched at the right price point.
The room was exceptionally small. And very hot. The roller shutter outside the window didn't roll so the choice was either loud yet with a (necessary) breeze or quiet and stuffy by night.

The hotel is in an excellent position, with the tram stop directly outside providing easy access to the city centre and the train station. There are also shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is pleasant and served for a good period of time in the morning (7am-10am). The staff are friendly and welcoming. Good value for money.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, which is stated in the information, but the line for the tram hits a particularly noisy rail just outside the hotel. When you are compelled to have your window open due to the heat, this disrupts your sleep regularly throughout the night. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
