Wonderful
Friendly service and only ~2km from exhibition center. Tram line and grocery store right across the street. Yet quiet and peacful.
Room was a bit on the small side, other than that everything was very good.

The room had a very large bathroom and a modern design.
The breakfast was poor, and there were not enough tables for all guests who came roughly at the same time for breakfast. The only one waiter could not manage with replenishing food, coffee, and cleaning the tables at the same time.

Location was excellent. Tramline outside. Bakery and coffee shop across road, supermarket also across the road. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Breakfast could have been more varied but everything was fresh.
