Room service and reception services were excellent. Staff was cooperative and proactive in attending requests immediately.
Breakfast could have little more variety as hotel is having global presence hence couple of Indian cuisines could also have been added in the breakfast menu like South Indian Idli, Medu vada, Dosa with Sambhar etc to bring more variety for Indian visitors.

Very nice Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very delicious and a big plus. You'll reach the tram stop in 5 min, and it will take you to the city centre in 15 min.

There was practically no Wi-Fi in the hotel. There were two hotspots, but both had a very poor connection — in most cases, the internet would disconnect just a few minutes after connecting.so you can consider that you won't have wifi
During the week of our stay, it seemed that the room was vacuum cleaned only a few times. Some trash that we had placed in bags for disposal was still left in the room after cleaning.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day during our 8-day stay, and the range of food was quite poor.
Overall, considering the price we paid for the stay, the hotel was disappointing.

Staff on premises were exceptionally proactive and professional.

The air conditioning did not work. Technically it was working but wasn’t cooling at all, so it was only venting the air.
Windows were only tilting. I can see the purpose, but with the AC only venting the air, the temperature during the night went to 26-27 degrees. Each night I woke up sweaty.
Bathroom seemed ok at the first glance, but the shower was not sealed properly, so after each shower there was a lot of water on the tiles.
I went to Düsseldorf with a group of friends, and I was the last one booking a room. I made the booking here by mistake, as one of the group told me that he was sure that this was the hotel. The booking was made via Booking.com, under no cancellation policy, as my friend was extremely sure about the hotel. When we discovered the mistake I tried to cancel the booking and go with the pack. Booking.com tried to solve the issue for me, and they told me that the hotel doesn’t agree with the cancellation. When i tried canceling directly with the hotel, they told me that Booking doesn’t allow them. It seemed that everyone was happy with a 300+ income. It seemed childish and cheap to me so I stopped any conversation with them and just went with the flow.
