Very friendly staff at reception.
It was really noisy - other guests were incredible loud while having smoke breaks outside until really late at night (there was some kind of company training at the hotel that day). So sleeping was problematic. The foldable sofa is impossible to sleep on, even for small kids it was very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower. Breakfast could have more options. Parking is really expensive.

The experience was very pleasant from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the overall stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good.
Room was comfortable. Sofa bed was made out for us. Plenty of towels.
Parking beneath the building is convenient with a McDonald's only a few meters away.
Double bed was comfortable.
Telephone in the room did not work.
Needs extra pillows for a family of 3.
Entrance to the underground parking requires skill, very awkward to drive in.
Sleeper couch was passable.

The staff was nice. Especially the cleaning staff.
Didn't like the fact that the opposite building to the room was an office and the moment I opened the window curtains there was no privacy at all. The breakfast was really not upto expectations.
