The hotel is well-maintained and offers a good level of comfort for a short stay. The room was clean, well arranged, and had everything needed for a convenient overnight visit. The breakfast was quite good. It offered a nice variety of options.

Actually we liked everything. I am rating a budget hotel in its own category and truly it exceeded our expectations! Absolutely lovely, breakfast included, even the bar was open and available with a draft beer until 1am. Clean rooms, lovely toiletries, a place to chill and even vending machines with very decent food and drinks. Also a fantastic location. Important to add - one of the most comfortable beds, sheets and pillows we had!

The room was neat and clean with everything prepared in advance. Great Hospitality and excellent professional staffs. The beds were super comfortable and all the amenities were provided. Surprising factor was the iron box and ironing stand which was useful for last minutes business trips. Parking facilities available.
The location of the hotel - of course the location is not an issue if you come by car. Parking by facility is available. Might be difficult with Public transport

Room service and reception services were excellent. Staff was cooperative and proactive in attending requests immediately.
Breakfast could have little more variety as hotel is having global presence hence couple of Indian cuisines could also have been added in the breakfast menu like South Indian Idli, Medu vada, Dosa with Sambhar etc to bring more variety for Indian visitors.

Very nice Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very delicious and a big plus. You'll reach the tram stop in 5 min, and it will take you to the city centre in 15 min.
The Wi-Fi was not working.
