I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn. The cleanliness was absolutely perfect – the room was impeccable, everything was very well maintained and extremely tidy. You can really notice the attention to detail and the high standards. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend it!

We must pay more than 20 Euro for parking p day. This is very bad as it is not mentioned beforehand that fee is included. I think they earn more money on parking than the hotel. It was not in hart of the city to pay.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the city and public transportation. Breakfast is great and rooms are very comfortable.
The price of parking, though pretty average for a city hotel, adds €21 a night to the cost of the room. Just something to keep in mind.

Nicely designed, clean rooms. Good bed and no street noise in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast selection.
The hotel is a little further than a short walk from the Messe Düsseldorf and city center, but the hotel restaurant offers a good dinner.

Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. People were smiling and were professional.
Everything looked clean.
The location is nice and not so far from the city center.
I wish their rooms for one person were cheaper than for two people. Right now it seems that it's the same price, no matter if one or two people stay in the room.
One thing that would encourage this hotel to work on, is breakfast. It's not bad, but it seems very limited and there were not that many things to choose from. Especially in comparison to other hotels in this price category. I would also recommend to have a second coffee machine, since sometimes you have to queue for your coffee for some time.
