The hotel was way too expensive considering what they offered Rooms are small Breakfast was rather mediocre They did not serve coffee at breakfast saying that the coffee machine was broken, and it took them three days to do something about it Staff (cleaners) produced so much noise (talking really loudly) in the corridor for such a long time that I had to go and investigate. I thought something bad might have happened to cause the people staying at the hotel to go out of their rooms and discuss something loudly. I was wrong. It was just three members of staff talking so loudly about something. Internet speed was very low and not reliable.

Really big & comfortable room. Always clean and tidy.
The staff was very helpful and the location was in a really cute and quiet neighbourhood.
In the backyard we saw a mouse and a cockroach
There was no fridge in the room
The city center was 2Km away (but you could walk the route there easily. It is close to railway station, too)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to help us with little things like booking a taxi, doing ironing, and printing documents. The room was simple, but well-equipped and comfortable. The housekeeping staff cleaned and tidied every day. A great stay.
