The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the massage chair in the lobby. The location was great for me because I was there to visit my husband in the hospital which was a short walk from the hotel.
The breakfast was too expensive.

The breakfast was good, specially with the hot fresh croissants! Housekeeping was also tidy and clean. The hotel's location was one of the best things about it; right next to a tram station and a REWE store in the neighborhood.
The room was clean but it didn't have a safe box and there was no fridge, also no slippers. Another important problem was that there were no sockets near the beds to plug charger etc. Also in the bathroom there were no toothpaste. The TV only had a few German channels, no news or movies in English! Also we sometimes waited for so long to catch a staff at reception.

We stayed here as I had to be in the University hospital. Could not have found a better place so conveniently located where my wife was so well looked after.
Everything was good
Comfy room with one of the best bathrooms I have experienced. Good breakfast. Front desk very helpful at all hours. Located in a quiet street.
In common with a lot of German hotels, there was no facilities to make a hot drink.

Cozy, great location and has everything one might need. Can only recommend it.
I personally don’t like to sleep in a couple’s bed that’s actually two single beds brought together. One person always ends up falling in the hole. Since hotels are offering a room for two people, they could have a proper bed for two people. Rooms could also have a mini fridge.

Easy access with the tram, decent shopping areas around to get your day around, not enough restaurant options but still the location is good. Room was good, well maintained and clean. Washroom was the best.
Elevator kept on malfunctioning. Restaurant options not enough. Breakfast they serve, the pork options should be separate to normal ones.
