They Made up for the mistake to give us free Breakfast
We reserved a three person room and when we came the staff said the room was already taken by mistake

The beds were very good and you don’t hear the noise from the hallway.
We slept in room 483. The right window no longer had a shutter and could not be darkened. There was mold around the window and in the corner of the wall. They had pinned a piece of wallpaper over the mold with thumbtacks. The sockets sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t.

The place is clean and the staff were brilliant. The parking as advertised is limited and parking on the street could be very challenging.

Friendly staff, warm in winter, building was beautiful and room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, staff were so friendly at reception, and the were so accommodating to my language barrier and helped me so much. They gave me extra blankets and even helped me book my uber to the airport, getting me familiar with the area for restaurants I wanted to go to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on business or leisure
