Very old facility. Not upgraded to the standards of the brand Hilton. Old and dirty carpets, ripped furniture. All the furniture looked so dated and overused. No glasses in the room. Seem like 2 star Hotel. Very disappointed.

The staff were friendly and efficient. I would like to say that the staff at the front desk were extremely good and made our check-in, after a very long flight, pleasant!
The hotel is rather dated, and the AC in our room was barely working. It didn't matter too much given that we were there in October. However, this might not be great during summer.

The bed is good. For breakfast you get the quality for the high price you pay for it.
Rooms are small, you hear the evevators move in the evator shaft as the room AC seems to be connected to it. The bathroom is even smaller, you can hardly move around, shower in the bath with shower curtain, worn off door posts. The place is sinister and dark, concrete building from the seventies. It seems to be a conference hotel with dito atmosphere.

Good location, room.
Power break at about 2 a.m., they did not remove the problem till check-out time - unbelievable ! It was even impossible to have a breakfast, just limited choice of cold dishes. I preferred to checkout asap and went to the airport, to get some food. Also taking a deposit from the credit card on arrival , at the level of about 150% of room rate, is not usual. Sorry, but I dont think I stay there next time.

We stayed in the Hilton Dsseldorf for two days. We married that weekend and spent our first night as a married couple here. I kindly asked the hotel if it was possible to get a room up high with a nice view and maybe a little decorated and they surpassed my expectations. The whole staff was extremely nice and they all knew about our special day. Thanks to the Hilton team for such a great stay! Besides that little extra treatment, the hotel room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is also highly recommendable! We would always go there again and will probably stay at Hilton Hotels in different places more often!

Good location and helpful staff.
Initial room had an overwhelming smell of damp , a broken shower riser making a shower impossible, broken window, broken lights and empty minibar. After complaining, we were moved to a better room, but still some issues with cleanliness and still no stock in the minibar. Bar prices steep and drinks disappointing in quality.

Hilton Dsseldorf offers a variety of room options to suit your needs. They have comfortable and well-appointed rooms with modern amenities. Some of nearby attractions in Dsseldorf include is the Knigsallee shopping street where you can find a variety of high-end shops and boutiques. The Altstadt (Old Town) is also worth a visit with its charming cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and lively bars and restaurants. If you're interested in art, the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen museum showcases a fantastic collection of modern and contemporary art.
The hotel parking charge is quite high and you can find nearby public parking lots offering more affordable rates.
