Hotel was clean, breakfast adequate and staff friendly. It was acceptable for the purpose of business travel if you were only in the room to sleep at night and leave after breakfast
Option of basic room service in the evening would have been useful. I was new to the city and location and arriving in the evening did not feel comfortable exploring the area for shops or food. While a kettle was available, there was no tea or coffee sachets provided.

Regular Hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, and had everything you would expect. The location depends on the activity and, since public transportation is easily available, not that important.
Not that much to criticize. It's not a brand new hotel but it is fine.

great breakfast!! the rooms are very spacious and the view a quiet playground right next to hte hotel can really help recovering after a long day.

Booked this hotel for the 2nd time and will book again for future trips to Düsseldorf. The hotel is located close to the city centre. Excellent, clean room with an amazing, spacious bathroom. Breakfast buffet is quite good with lots of variety to suit everyone’s needs.

Great breakfast in a cozy dining room. Good heating. Small fridge in the room, without noise. TV channels. 20m distance walking from shopping center.
No isolation in doors, but I was given a distant room, so I didn't hear neighbours in the night. Not very comfortable pillows. Missing bag in dustbin. No daily cleaning.

Wonderful
Very clean, comfortable and nice. The bed was super comfortable and the highlight was the bathtub, it was pretty cool and functional, you could relax in it and enjoy a lot.

the bed was comfortable. the crew was nice a friendly.
flies literally "everywhere" and in any sizes you can imagine! from huge ones flying in my room, to tiny ones (dead ones) on the floor of the hallways. Just disgusting!!
