Price for 2 nights 500 euro I think is pretty too much! Even if there is an exhibitions, it not should be so big difference between standard period and rush period... The personel is very friendly, but early in the morning it's very noisy cause of the tram.

No breakfast at weekends. During week, has to be pre-ordered day before. I don't always know what I want for breakfast until the time. Pre-order selection not great. Not ideal. As far as I can see, this was not made clear when I booked. Went to a local restaurant each morning for breakfast. Price of this accommodation is too high, not unlike other Dusseldorf accommodation establishments that just seem to take advantage when there is an event at the Messe. Just checked and I can get the same 5 nights this week for less than 1/2 the price.

Convenient location — the hotel is very close to both bus and tram stops, with a tram station directly in front of the building. Despite being on the main road, the rooms were quiet and well insulated from outside noise when the windows were closed. The staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t need to check in by ourselves; the staff handled the check-in process when we arrived, as we were staying during the busy fair period.
The lack of breakfast service is a disadvantage. Breakfast has to be pre-ordered and is supplied from outside by the hotel. We tried it once but it wasn’t fresh or satisfying and it was also quite expensive. There should definitely be a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.
