We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the city center & availability of a private parking garage; both of which were satisfactory. The staff were attentive and kind. The breakfast had enough variety.
The rooms could be cleaner. There was dust and some dirty spots on surfaces. We also didn't like that there is no physical lock for the room doors.

Very large comfortable clean room and bathroom. Great view of the church from the window. Fantastic location - close to metro, supermarket, restaurants. It was a fantastic stay!

Toilet was clean and didn’t leak any water on the floor
The sheets weren’t very clean, the pillows were too soft, i woke up with a stiff neck

On November 05, 2025 at 06:45 there were no warm water at shower. Warm water was supplied only at 07:00 approximately.

Exceptional
The receptionist was very kind and helpful, we were able to check-in early as our room was ready. The room was cosy with comfortable beds and the breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice.
Close to public transport and the Old town is also walkable distance away.
