On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent — a full 10 out of 10. The service was also friendly and polite.
The room was spacious as promised, but it should not be described as deluxe. The room was clearly past its prime: surfaces were worn and the overall style felt straight out of the 1990s.
The bed linen was of the cheapest possible quality, and the kitchen was poorly equipped with far too few utensils. Sound insulation was practically nonexistent — street noise could be clearly heard inside the room.
We stayed for three nights, and the room was not cleaned even once during our stay. I would have expected at least the trash bins to be emptied at some point. Overall, I expected more from a four-star hotel.
