Location near underground station made getting to aldstadt very easy. Lots of great places in the neighborhood too.

Too expensive for what it is. We had a terrible smell in our bathroom and room, since the door to the bathroom was a glass door that didn't close very well. Breakfast was certainly not worth the 22 EUR. Selection was okay but nothing extraordinary. They had one automatic coffee maker for all guests, so everybody was waiting in line. One elevator out of service for the entire weekend -who know for how long. Overall not bad but pricing for high class hotel, which it wasn't.

The room was well equipped and cozy, with a nice view of the church across the street. The location was convenient as well, with tram and u-bahn access.
The shower drain was clogged, and the water flooded the entire bathroom in no time. We reported the issue to the hotel staff and asked for help, but nobody showed up for over 30 minutes. We cleaned the mess ourselves with some towels. The receptionist later clarified during checkout that she had relayed our complaint to housekeeping, but there was no follow up!
3 days after our visit, the hotel randomly charged my credit card with 80 bucks for one night's stay, even though we had already paid upfront for our stay during booking. I called them up and reported the issue, when they denied issuing such a transaction. After I sent them a copy from my credit card statement, they checked and refunded the money back. This was shocking and unprofessional.

The hotel offers a great location and accessible parking. Additionally, the breakfast selection was consistent with the standard of the hotel.
There was a noticeable discrepancy between the high-quality marketing photos and the actual reality of the aging room decor. The rooms are in need of a modern refresh; the website photos make the space look much more updated than it is in person.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the city center & availability of a private parking garage; both of which were satisfactory. The staff were attentive and kind. The breakfast had enough variety.
The rooms could be cleaner. There was dust and some dirty spots on surfaces. We also didn't like that there is no physical lock for the room doors.

The room was nice and clean, and it was spacious enough for two people. We had requested two single beds, and they gave us a room accordingly. Our room had a view of the church, which was lovely. The area was quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful, check-in and check-out were easy. They allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
There was road work going on; since we stayed over the weekend, we didn’t hear any noise, but carrying our luggage on the street was a bit difficult. It was an issue independent of the hotel.
