The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I don’t think that I’ve ever met a nicer staff. The room was nice, only the kitchenette is quite small, but that’s obviously because it’s a hotel room. Bed is comfortable, you sleep like a baby.

It was one of the most surprising hotels I’ve been to. Beginning with stuff being super nice and helpful, then we found our room that looked better then on the photos. The room was clean, very big, had small kitchen and basic kitchen equipment, TV, lots of storage space, very pretty bathroom with big comfy shower and good quality hair dryer. Everything smelled super clean and nice and looked exceptional. The hotel quality made us almost stay in our room the whole day.

The hotel is close to every transportation. There are cafes and restaurants nearby at a walking distance. The room itself was amazing, the bathroom was big enough and it was equipped with a sink, fridge, cooking appliances and even a microwave. The room had also so much space.
We arrived at midnight, however there was no one at the reception. We tried ringing the bell but no one came. We contacted the hotel and they were also not able to reach out to the receptionist. He was supposedly doing a night walk around the building, which is understandable. Luckily, some people got back to the hotel from carnival and we were able to wait in the warmth. This is no critic to the receptionist since they weren't aware of our arrival ( we couldn't put arrival times due to how unreliable transport can be). However, the hotel should consider having at least two receptionists in such cases and have someone on standby.

Disappointing
It was clean, bathtub was spacious. Room was quiet
An absolute lack of service. I stayed for 5 nights- room was cleaned once. I had to ask for fresh towels. No milk in fridge. Very basic supplies. I was locked out of my room on the second night on purpose without notice ! When I went to reception it was unattended. 15 minutes later someone finally came and said that was because I owed the city tax which they hadn’t charged when I paid on arrival. ( they had all my details and my credit card details- this was an oversight on their part on check in). I cannot believe they locked me out instead of calling or emailing or putting a note in my room when I was still there for several nights.
