Really nice experience with all the artefacts on display.
They refer to the bar as if it's the hotel bar. It isn't, it's separated. You need to pay for drinks on the spot. Service so so and friendliness not same standard as in hotel. I'd advise the hotel to be careful and take this into consideration.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, right next to the main area and the River, staff was very nice, smooth check in experience and staff were great , the room was fantastic , bed, bathroom etc neat and clean and organized, hotels feels like a royal castle , highly recommended to stay and great value for money, would come back again for sure.

A stunning hotel. More like a museum… but comfortable. Can’t mess with the location. Everything is right there food, metro, shopping. Fantastic!

Great location and lovely staff! Communal areas were nice.
The room was not up to my expectations. Room 417 needs a rethink - the shower has green residue on it, the towels, the pillows and the general look and feel of the room were budget - wood panelling. I know having read previous reviews that management will say it’s the room I booked, but I expected more for the claims they made about the hotel.

Room is spacious, nice furniture, a beautiful bathroom with nice tiles and good rain shower (couldn't be better). Personnel all of them very friendly. Besides that, very clean rooms! Nothing to complain about, thus 10 out of 10!
I have to say that I am rather critical, but really nothing to complain about. I could not find anything that was not positive or things to improve at Living Hotels Medicine in Düsseldorf.
