Everything was perfect. The hotel has been beautifully restored with an excellent eye for detail. The rooms were large and very well appointed. The breakfast was excellent, as was the gym and sauna area.

A clean room with all required equipment. Nice location which was few mins to Altstadt. Nice staff and reception. Amazing private bathroom
Breakfast didnt have much options with very small sitting spaces . Tables arranged very close to others and made very unpleasant and heavy atmosphere

Proximity to the opera, museums , the Rhine and the old town. The ability to have a kitchenette in the suite
Breakfast though I believe is excellent, at least30 per head for us was too much as we only have small breakfast cereal, fruit etc

I share my experience: I book the room I pay in advance and for personal reason I cannot attend the stay, I ask to hotel if they were possibility to rebook on same day next year and they answer NO , so not friendly customer care. difficult they will see me again book in this Hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to museums, opera/ballet house, old city, public transportation, and also easily reachable by car. Parking is easy but costs you 25 euro. Everything is brand new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great (also at a cost: 30 euro).
The doors of the closets can be a little hard to open .... (strange handles). That's all I can think of!
