The staff helped with our child's stroller when prompted to. The hotel is close to the tram line and there are some restaurants, bakery and pharmacy around.
Looking from the photos, we expected more. Our room was too hot, we were under the ceiling and there was no air-conditioning or ventilator. We slept very poorly due to this. The elevator was too small for our stroller (circa 1m2) and we had to wake up our sleeping kid to bring her to our room. The stroller was stored on a luggage room, what was cumbersome to retrieve each time we wanted out/in. Also, there are 4-5 steps on the hotel's entrance, so no accessible at all. When we arrived, the staff took time to notice that we needed help with the stroller and our luggage.

The bed were broken No fan was inside and room were very hot Wasnt clean properly You could see the birds wings inside I asked the guy to cancel the booking or help us to get a fan or some recourses to have ventilation but he refused that they dont have it inside their hotel The hotel worst with management System , I asked complaint book they said they dont have ! I will write to consumer office !!! They should close this hotel ! Cleaning and overall it I get minus store j could give less minus 100 !!! We were coming from travel and were so much tired and didnt expect this worst experience in country like Germany

Great value for the money! I was looking for a budget hotel for my short business and it met all of my expectations. Good location/connection (subway right in front of the hotel, less than 30 min to Dusseldorf center; Lidl, bakery and good pizza on the other side of the street). The room was very clean and quite spacious with a comfortable bed. More than expected!
It can be a little bit noisy when sleeping with an open window (there is no air-conditioning). The lighting could be improved, it's quite dark. A small fridge would be a nice addition.

Easy transportation, only 15 minutes from Dsseldorf centrum...
Room 101: No AC and too much noise from the bar / cafe downstairs, plus the cigarette smell from the downstairs ... If you are morning person who loves to take shower with luke warm water? = not that good idea as take ages to get warm water ...

Spacious family room with 2 spacious bedrooms. Free parking in front of and next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean.
