It was clean & tidy.
Noise! Do not book this accommodation if you want a nights sleep. It is situated above a club with noise going throughout most of the night.

location
small bathroom. cant use sink to do anything. sliding shower Doors came off tracks. they locked me at at 1 am because they didnt accept credit card I used to take the reservation on booking.com. held me ransom till 2am and I had to go out to a bank machine at 2am and slide money under the reception door. noisy location.

The location was good. Right in the Center. Its a bit noisy, but thats understandable looking at the location. Very simple: just a room with 4 beds, a small kitchen in the room and a small bathroom
We agreed a late check-out at 13.00h, but someone (not a clue who) rang the bell and just entered the apartment at 10.15. He was not aware of the agreement we made.

Room was comfortable and clean
Checkin didnt work and I was locked out. The location is noisy at due to proximity to bars and nightclubs. It didnt bother me too much but might disturb many. Other guests were noisy - shouting and banging on my door when coming in. Broken glass and spilt beer on the main stairway. The curtain/blind for my room was absent so I was overlooked from across the street

Room was above a nightclub and very noisy for a family room. Check-in was complicated - initial WhatsApp "registration" didn't work but direct contact with host worked.
