Very well located. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, spacious parking, we had a great welcome by the receptionist called Safa and she made us feel very welcome.
Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and a good working airco unit. Big separated toilet
The bathroom could use a little maintenance. Showerhead was stuck between two settings so not working very well, little bit of mold on the edge of the tub.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The staff was polite and everything worked smoothly during check-in and check-out.
There was a noticeable smell of food in the corridors, which made the atmosphere less pleasant

The location is fantastic - if you love to walk - getting to the main train station or heading to the Altstadt are all a comfortable walk less than 1km. Love the walk! If you don’t want to walk too much the Edeka supermarket is just a few metres away and you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner just stepping into the Crown building next door.
It does need an in house gym as it is a business hotel and do need to cater for people who want to exercise even when they travel.

I found the breakfast to be outstanding!! It is quite understated on the Hotel website but the reality far exceeded my expectations. The Hotel staff are friendly and cannot do enough to help - excellent!
No refrigerator or clothes iron in the hotel room.

Rooms we ok.
Constant interruption from the cleaning staff since my arrival. One staff member opened the door without knocking and asked if I wanted water. No sense of respectfulness to knock.
