I had a great stay at this hotel. What impressed me most was the front desk staff, they were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the nearby supermarket was very convenient.
There was nothing I was particularly unhappy with during my stay. The only minor issue was that one of the two key cards occasionally didn’t work when opening the door, which was a bit confusing.

Location is perfect , rooms are very silent no noise disturbances. Staff are very polite and helpful
You need to ask for water heater cattle and carry to room, my room was not have refrigerator. To communicate to staff you have to reach out at reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast with plenty of options. The location is excellent — close to the city center and conveniently situated between the center and the main railway station, making it easy to get around.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location & very comfortable... good all round.
Loud music in reception & a bit dark/black... Smell as you enter the bedroom, artifical fragrance, too overpowering, is not needed especially as rooms are air-conditioned.
