Automated check in. The beds were amazingly comfortable.
The cleaning staff did not knock on the door before entering the room. The room did not have a fridge. Maybe I did not notice it missing from the room facilities but I think it is essential for every room to have one.

the rooms floor under the beds are a total disaster dust you can't see the floor when I checked in the room I had a banana peel in the trash a and a box of beer
they have a serious problem in housekeeping
and the hotel needs renovation and is too dull. Even the reception with its dim light its very depressing but the cleaning issue is really a problem

The staff were excellent, very helpful with any queries we had. The location was also very good for what we wanted to do. Value for money was good.

Clean room and bathroom. Fresh sheets, room clean and coffee/tea/water topped up everyday. Incredible breakfast spread, something for everyone, you won't go hungry! Wonderful staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Great free WiFi. Great location, only a short walk from both the city center and the train station, pretty much right in between the two. Plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings. AirCon was amazing and kept the room at the perfect temperature throughout the summer nights I stayed. And all that for a fantastic price! Would definitely stay here again!
I was in the room alone, however, if I was with someone it would have been nice if the bed was one mattress and not two singles put together. The option for one large mattress may be available, however, as I was alone I didn't mind the two singles so I didn't ask.
