Good location. Within walking distance to main areas. Right beside a grocery store which was a plus. Breakfast had a great selection and was very good.
More of a basic hotel. AC didn't really work. Room safe did not work at all. If you needed any extras, such as pillows, towels or blankets, you needed to call down to the front desk.

Pros: The location is great. There’s a supermarket behind the hotel that opens at 7 a.m., and it’s very close to the shopping center and Little Tokyo. The dark-haired receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooftop garden is also beautiful.
Cons: Apart from the bed being made, the room was basically a mess. The desk and bathroom were hardly cleaned, and the trash was only taken out once the bin was full. The body wash and hand soap bottles were almost completely empty—you had to squeeze the bottles really hard to get anything out, and even when they were empty, they weren’t replaced. I had to go to reception and ask for more myself.
The water bottles were not sealed, so I had no idea how long they had been sitting there. If I didn’t finish a bottle in one day, they wouldn’t replace it or bring fresh water. The glasses were never washed either—they looked exactly the same when I came back as when I had left them.
There was no fridge or kettle. The hairdryer was very weak, and the shower had very low water pressure. The mattress was extremely soft and saggy with almost no support. Worst of all, the duvet insert inside the cover was incredibly dirty, and the cover moved around so easily that you could easily come into contact with it.
Another concern was the door lock. It could only be turned halfway, and there was no additional lock or security latch, which made me feel quite unsafe.
Overall, everything just felt far too dirty.
Please pay more attention to staff training and improve the housekeeping team’s service standards and cleaning quality.

The personal was helpfull, rooms clean and cofortable. Walking distance from U-Bahn.
With the vending machine I had a problem, but the lady on the reception solved it for me immediately. Thank you again! :)

Very friendly staff, the room were very clean, everyone was so polite and helpful. I stayed for an entire week and I wish I could have stayed more. The hotel is in the best location of düsseldorf, it’s so close to Kö and Altstadt. I highly recommend to everyone.
