Well-equipped room with enough of storage, and comfortable beds and pillows. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The Altstadt is just a 10–15 minute walk away. Complimentary bagels and soft drinks in the lobby are a nice touch, and the lobby bar stays open until late.
Some cleanliness issues were noticeable in the restaurant, particularly with dirty dishes during breakfast.

Stayed here for 5 days and had an overall good experience. Staff were always friendly and helpful, hotel is in a good location to explore by foot, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Price was also good. In addition, I liked having a grocery store and restaurants in the same building (different entrance). I would return.
For long stays, I always book a hotel with fitness facilities. Booking indicates this one has fitness facilities but it doesn't. They staff said they have a deal with a nearby gym but you have to pay to enter that gym so I would not really consider that a guest fitness facility. Also it indicated it was a 4 star hotel when I would put it at 3. Vending machines were all out of order, no minibar or fridge, no room service, no pool or gym, not many amenities in the bathroom. I guess it is subjective, but to me those things are what a 4 star hotel does have. That being said, I was happy with the hotel overall and would return to the same place for short stays.

Perfect clean, perfect location, nice friendly staff. Only issue their online checking was not properly working. Amount was deducted from my card but it was not showing in hotels system. In the night it was deducted again second time but it was refunded. Staff were very friendly.

Nice and clean with good location, the people very helpful and nice!! I ran into some trouble with my car rental and sincerely asked the hotel for help. Everyone here was so kind and took the time to assist me — I was truly touched! I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was great. They had a lot of variety and the hash browns they had were great. The location was also good. It was in the middle of everything. The train is a 10 minute walk, little Tokyo is like 7 minutes and the shopping district is like 10 minutes. Very good.

The hotel is amazing, clean and the staff are exceptional. The reception staff are truly amazing and make you feel right at home. They are also super helpful and there whenever you need them. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable.i would totally come back whenever I am in the city.
