Perfect clean, perfect location, nice friendly staff. Only issue their online checking was not properly working. Amount was deducted from my card but it was not showing in hotels system. In the night it was deducted again second time but it was refunded. Staff were very friendly.

Nice and clean with good location, the people very helpful and nice!! I ran into some trouble with my car rental and sincerely asked the hotel for help. Everyone here was so kind and took the time to assist me — I was truly touched! I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was great. They had a lot of variety and the hash browns they had were great. The location was also good. It was in the middle of everything. The train is a 10 minute walk, little Tokyo is like 7 minutes and the shopping district is like 10 minutes. Very good.

2 drinks for free and acceptable breakfast
Cleanless of room was not given. My boyfriend had to clean the toilet as there was still poop from previous hotel visitors. Bed was not clean as hairs were found in the bed. And the bed sheets were dirty. Negative also is that no fridge was available in the room which is usually standard. Long waiting for check in. People were screaming at the lobby due to unorganized receptionist. And wrongs rooms and already occupied rooms were given to hotel guests. Online check in didn’t work and also online check out worked but no box for the keycard available in the lobby and had to wait for the receiptionist as well. In the lobby there is a bar located but there was no bar keeper and we were waiting for 30 mins for 2 drinks.
