for b trip in the city is perfect. You can easily access nice facilities around and to use your limited free time for touring around. The hotel is convenient the staff is extremely polite and nice, and more immportantly speaks proper English !: )

The hotel is in greatly located in the city center 15 min walking distance max to everything we wanted to see. The food market just in front, multiple cafes and restaurants. It is clean comfortable bed nice size room.
The heating in my room did not work and it was extremely cold during December.

Location, great breakfast, very good hotel bar that seemed to be open all the , the hotel was reasonably quiet at night, had really good parking program.
Our room lacked amenities that I would expect to find in a hotel at this price level. Room was very dark ( only a desk lamp and hanging lamp on the other side of the bed), only one desk chair so you really couldn’t sit and have a glass of wine unless one person sat on the bed. No light in the shower stall, shower door had mildew at the track, shower pan had no grip so it was very slippery. Bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner seemed to be one bottle for everything (which can work)

Very nice and cozy hotel with a good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the room, despite being smaller, was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated and not very well lit, but clean and more than adequate.

Room was clean, temperature was comfortable, bed was nice and the shower was warm. On top the location of the hotel is excellent, close to where I had to be for the day, so everything, including the station, in walking distance

Perfect location - walking distance from the old town, main boulevard, promenade and other attractions.
Many restaurants and shops nearby, including a super market and a food market (with various food stalls) right next to the hotel.
Clean and comfortable room.
Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
The hotel collected a lot of personal information during check-in. When I asked why, they said it was required by law, but I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area, and they didn't ask for this information.
There was a big spider in my room - not exactly the welcoming committee I was hoping for...
No view from the window - faced a wall of a building under construction.
The fridge was barely functional - it was a plastic square hanging on the wall like a picture, with minimal space. Even after taking out the original items, there was barely enough space for my own items, and the fridge didn't even work half the time.

Nice modern clean place with nice rooms and a huge bathroom. Staff great. Location is superb - you just couldn't ask for a better location if you want dining, shops, bars, nightlife. A huge packed market loaded with activity and dining and people was literally 50 feet from the front door.
Did not realize there was no AC which is my fault for not seeing that when I booked. It was a little warm in summer and they provided a fan which was ok, and at least it's cool at night in Germany. But if you're used to AC then I'd check if all rooms were like this. Anytime other than the peak of summer and it would have been totally fine. It did not take away from our satisfaction of the hotel.

Location is good only this is the great point.
Doesn’t worth the money you pay at all.
No AC in the room, no phone to connect with the reception. And i went down twice… once to get a teapot and the water that, by the way, was payable and was a tap water cost €8.50 and then I went down again to take an iron with ironing board and gave it to me right there and I had to carry it by myself into my room, same with the luggage and all the other stuff.
Parking was payable, however it wasn’t mention in the booking.

Great location right on Karlsplatz with easy walking access to all of the Altstadt. The rooms are not large but well decorated and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet is first class, and the service staff at breakfast is very responsive.
