Wonderful
Room was clean, temperature was comfortable, bed was nice and the shower was warm. On top the location of the hotel is excellent, close to where I had to be for the day, so everything, including the station, in walking distance

We came for the Xmas markets - the hotel is perfectly located - close to all market places and very quiet !
We did not take the breakfast option. So I cannot rate it.

Good location and very good breakfast
Room was too warm with no way to cool it down
There was loud noise throughout the night (sounded like grinding metal/construction) which kept me awake.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. Shower was too small.

Very nice and cozy hotel with a good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the room, despite being smaller, was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated and not very well lit, but clean and more than adequate.

Amazing central location between the old and the new parts of the city.
Gorgeous presented and fresh produced breakfast of excellent quality.
A great open air produce market is literally outside the hotel and Lidl supermarket is next door.
Only 2 stops on the underground from the main station.
Lots of lovely bars and restaurants are steps away.
100% recommended, would definitely stay again.
Being allocated a basic tiny room, at the back of the hotel when I had paid for an upgraded room but that was swiftly changed.

Location is brilliant, directly at the market and not far from the main streets of the old town with interesting shops, access to the river and breweries. Room was very quiet. Bathrooms were great.
The single room was a bit dark.

The location was good.
The shower was falling apart and the whole hotel only has had a surface layer refurb. The structure is old and needs repair.
