Wonderful
Perfect location - walking distance from the old town, main boulevard, promenade and other attractions.
Many restaurants and shops nearby, including a super market and a food market (with various food stalls) right next to the hotel.
Clean and comfortable room.
Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
The hotel collected a lot of personal information during check-in. When I asked why, they said it was required by law, but I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area, and they didn't ask for this information.
There was a big spider in my room - not exactly the welcoming committee I was hoping for...
No view from the window - faced a wall of a building under construction.
The fridge was barely functional - it was a plastic square hanging on the wall like a picture, with minimal space. Even after taking out the original items, there was barely enough space for my own items, and the fridge didn't even work half the time.

The location is perfect! It's right accross the Carlsplatz Markt. The modern decor is really beautiful and breakfast is delicious.
This actually happens often in Europe. It seems places are not well prepared for the summer and heat. The room didn't have air conditioning, but the hotel was good with providing a fan in the room.

Nice modern clean place with nice rooms and a huge bathroom. Staff great. Location is superb - you just couldn't ask for a better location if you want dining, shops, bars, nightlife. A huge packed market loaded with activity and dining and people was literally 50 feet from the front door.
Did not realize there was no AC which is my fault for not seeing that when I booked. It was a little warm in summer and they provided a fan which was ok, and at least it's cool at night in Germany. But if you're used to AC then I'd check if all rooms were like this. Anytime other than the peak of summer and it would have been totally fine. It did not take away from our satisfaction of the hotel.

We liked the location, the very helpful and friendly staff and the quality and size of the room. Breakfast was good and plentiful and seating was comfortable.
It was too warm and the fan was not powerful enough.

Location is good only this is the great point.
Doesn’t worth the money you pay at all.
No AC in the room, no phone to connect with the reception. And i went down twice… once to get a teapot and the water that, by the way, was payable and was a tap water cost €8.50 and then I went down again to take an iron with ironing board and gave it to me right there and I had to carry it by myself into my room, same with the luggage and all the other stuff.
Parking was payable, however it wasn’t mention in the booking.

The location is ideal for those who wish to visit the Old Town, museums, and shopping streets. The welcome is friendly, and the staff are competent. Breakfast was excellent, but that is to be expected for the price (€22.50).
This is a 4* hotel, so you would expect the room and bathroom to be of a higher standard. This is not the case. The bathroom in particular is below standard, with only a hand shower and shower curtain. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, but that was insufficient to cool the very warm room even slightly.
