The only good thing is the location
The Pillpw were so dirty, like actual stains on them, and on one of them what it seems like blood or somthing like that, the room is like really small, on the photos it does not show that the shower is 50cm from the bed and open from above so every time you take a shower the whole room will be humide.

Breakfast was nice and satisfying. Room was clean and comfortable. You reach the messe and airport with a single direct bus (722 and 721), from a station 100 meters near the hotel. To the center, you are waking 15 minutes on a shopping path, or you can take 2-3 stops reinbahn. The staff is welcoming and helpfull, helps you for early check in if possible.

location is perfect, close to little tokyo and really in the heart of Düsseldorf. I could find steet parking, but there is also a Parkhaus close by. The staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive and the rooms were clean and modern. nothing to complain about
the small elevator is a bit cute/funny

The elevator is literally tiny. One person and a smaller suitcase only fit there. But it is better than no elevator.

The Staff were so friendly, the location is near to everything, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was so good but not perfect.
Could be perfect if the room had water boiler but the staff gave us a cup of tea so friendly.

Location location location. Easy to start exploring the city from such a good location. City center can be reached by foot and public transportation stations are nearby if you need to travel a bit further. Hotel was comfy, breakfast was good and the staff was kind.
