The property doesn’t deserve to be on booking.com at all because there wasn’t any kind of service such as providing towels, slippers/soap.

Good location, very close to main area for activities. Good price for the location in comparison to hotels closer.
Very basic rooms, again for the price probably not something to be critical about. One issue is there was no towels provided in the room, you have to go down to reception and pay €10 deposit per towel, can only pay cash as with card you are unlikely to get your money back. Also lack of regular amenities such as tea/coffee, they did have a kettle behind reception but wasn’t obvious this was for public usage.

Our room clearly had someone smoking in it previously. I paid 10 deposit fir a towel not even worth that amount.

The room itself was nice, bedsheets were clean. The price was affordable. Close to the central railway station. The room comes with a balcony.
Other guests were loud, some were hanging around in the common spaces visibly inebriated and the staff didn’t seem to do anything about it. The bathroom itself was clean enough, but the soap dispenser was broken. Bringing the key to unlock the bathroom door every time was very inconvenient (no one aside from hotel‘s guests would be able to access it anyway, so I don‘t get the point of locking it when not in use). You have to leave 10€ as a deposit if you want to use a hotel towel.

Cannot think of a positive, except that its a bit close to the HBF.
• No toiletries or towels provided (though listed as included), • Toilet not flushing properly, • Dirty walls with what appeared to be mucus, • Only one plug near the bed, • Broken fire alarm (a major safety concern), • No sound isolation, • Front desk staff demanded a €50 deposit because I didnt not have a hard copy of my passport. • Fan does not do anything but make sound

Room was very dirty and in need of repair. I was travelling with a disabled person. I asked before booking if I could have a disability Room. No answer Supposed to be non smoking, people were smoking outside our window. There was a shared bathroom across the landing, people going back and forth all night. I had to pay an extra 30 euros for asking for a better room.photos to follow. The rooms that they are advertising are not in that building. Only stayed 2 nights as the room was so dirty that my disabled friend was having asthma attacks. Please refund me the rest of the days 5 days. If I was working with booking. Com.i would strike them off my books as it is giving booking. Com a bad name.
