Very friendly clerk at the desk who not only allowed us a twin bed room upon request but also allowed us a late check-out. Great value especially coming from Cologne during Gamescom.
Missing AC and refrigerator.

The thin walls. My neighbour arrived late in the night and was having a call with someone in their bathroom which was very noisy

Everything. Especially the possibility for the late checkout for a very reasonable price.
The cleaning staff entered twice in my room without knocking. I forgot to leave the "do not disturb" sign but they should knock anyway before entering.
This was annoying. I give 10 anyway because all the rest was perfect

Would be useful to have a fridge and just a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. I personally do not like to use big bottles of shower gels since I am not 100% sure previous guests used them correctly.

Great location, very convenient and close to the station. The room was comfortable, although a bit warm at night. A fan was provided, which was helpful, but a little noisy.

Pleasant
Close to the central station, staff was really helpful with recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The breakfast buffet was small but nice considering the size of the hotel.
The room was missing nightstands next to the bed and there was no air conditioning.
