It's a decent hotel and it was close to various types of public transport and to the concert venue I came to visit.
The pillow was a bit flat. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The room was very clean and the hotel is literraly near the tram and bus stations.
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was also very clean.
I could not leave the luggage in the luggage room, after check out, because they told me that, there were no one on the reception between 12-17. I had to carry all the luggages with me during my last day in Düsseldorf. They told me that it is 2 Euros to leave the luggage on HBF but, when i get there I found that it was nearly 12 Euros

Clean room, friendly staff, and easy-to-reach location. The wide selection of breakfast options made my stay enjoyable.
My bedroom faced the main road. It can be noisy at times.

Staff was not friendly and was not helpful at all. We staued there 3 nights and nobody cleaned our rooms. Breakfast was open buffet was not enough for the money charged. Our colleague could not have her berakfast in the morning because we did not know that we should have informed them a day before. So she was not let to use the buffet.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. The hotel is across a metro stop, two stops away from the Main train station.
Lots of noise from the street, the internal pipes and thin walls. The rooms have carpets which can be very disgusting and the hot water could sometimes ran out briefly.
