Everything went as you would hope and expect with a hotel stay. Nice staff, easy checkin/out, clean room, descent breakfast.
The bed covers are a bit undersized, but this is true for most hotels with duvet's = cold feet.

Public transport (bus, metro tram) right outside the hotel, very convenient for getting around. Lidl is just down the street. Comfy, clean rooms. A little noisy if your room is facing the street, but quiet otherwise.
No kettle in the rooms so no access to hot boiled water for tea or coffee. You have to go downstairs to reception to buy a hot drink from the vending machines. Also no refrigerator.

Location was near the metro and bus station. Staff was helpful. Requested for early check in by paying extra charges for it, but they denied it. They dont give early check in. Location wise great and there are lot of eating options opposite the hotel Lidl is opposite the hotel at 5 mins walking distance.
Atleast offer one room for early check in for big groups

Good price. Friendly Staff. Parking place available 10 Euro per Night. Clean.
Loud at night (tram station, ambulance). Window isolation not good. Bad smell in the first day, gone after leaving the window open a long time.

We stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. Communication before arrival was excellent—our special request for parking was answered quickly and clearly. The hotel offers parking on-site for €10 per day, which does not need to be reserved in advance, just arranged on the day. Access is straightforward: the same code is used for both the room and parking, which was very convenient. The room itself was decent in terms of comfort, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and there was a TV. Check-in can be done either manually or through reception, giving some flexibility. The location worked perfectly for us—it was within walking distance of where we needed to be. All in all, a comfortable and convenient option for a short stay.
One small downside was the absence of a water boiler, which would have been a nice touch, especially for tea lovers.

Decent accommodation in the middle of Düsseldorf. Aldi, petrol station and everything in reach . It does have free parking spots in an underground car park but it's subject to availability

It was very bad because my wife forgot her two wedding rings. When we returned to the hotel, the receptionist was not serious. We asked him to ask the cleaning service department about the two rings. His answer was that he cannot talk to them today, knowing that we will leave Germany today.

Location ist Great. You have any Transport available around the corner. Clean, friendly staff, free parking and dogs allowed. I couldnt ask for more.
I Liked everythig. Just the rooms are a Bit small. I just stayed one night so, wasn’t for me a big deal. I missed a bottle of water maybe. But it’s also hard to find in many hotels.

Check in system ist complicated for people who can't use technology like old people .there were 3 check in device but just one was OK so imagine people comes midnight and all of devices be out of order. So what should they do? No fridgrator which is in winter ok but for summer ??
