Christmas markets were fine.
No parking place in the hotel garage.
We arrived around 19:00, reception had only one person taking care of the whole hotel.
Problems opening the room's door, when we manage to open it, the room wasn't cleaned.
Got another room, this one was kinda clean, the floor was a bit dirty with sand, etc.
Kids/teenagers making noise in the middle of the night.

The location was very central for what we needed.
The rooms very small and not even basic, this whole concept is more for when you just need to sleep basically like a hostel, the shower was extremely small and there was no hot water. the room lacked the basic requirements with no place to hang, place clothes, no coffee machine and no space at all.
I can't even place into words what you call a breakfast :(

The hotel was clean and there is a good bar
I explained the administrator that I wish a room on the top floor as I wished to sleep well. The hotel was empty that day, just several visitors, but nevertheless the administrator gave me a room on the 1st floor with a neighbour upstairs. The neighbour was loud all the night. In 2 days I came to the hotel as well and asked the same, but the situation repeated. Why the administrator did it, I don’t know. I am very upset and will not return to the hotel any more.

On the website of Booking.com there's the following line; "Free private parking is provided by the hotel." This is not true. They will charge you €5 for every night you stay there. The pictures on the website seem to be from a different hotel. It looks nothing like that. They are renovating, bur even the sollid walls are on a different place.
During the night there was a lot of noise from other guests. In the second night of our stay, at 04:20 suddenly our tv went on for a few seconds and we heared a newsbulletin. The volume was guite high. The machine with snacks wasn't working like it should be.

24h reception here is understood a machine. I will avoid such hotels in the future. It's not convenient and you have to pay twice to enter the room. Once Booking gets the full amount, then the machine does not recognize that payment and asks you to pay again to be able to enter. I had issues with the employee on the desk fixing that. First she asked me to call Booking and get refund, but in the same time charged me 3rd time and returned 2 payments so she can split room from city tax. It's a day I don't want to remember... The parking was full at midnight. I don't recommend this particular B&B.

Convenient hotel near the main station with direct metro access to the altstadt. Good for 1-2 nights in the city.
