It is very basic but the rooms are clean, very comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Location close to the airport is ideal for an overnight stay. Price quality was very good

Reception staff member helped talk over my issues with the hotel. The room was fine as was the breakfast.
The check in experience is the worst I've ever had. It's computerised system. (post 10pm I think). No staff on hand. You are asked way to may questions and it took 45mins - hour to check us all in (8 people) which at gone midnight is really not helpful. I spoke to someone in the morning. He explained that he'd had 20 incidents of people calling the emergency number to help with check in which he advised me to do in future. Though he was a nice chap and it was helpful advise I think that given 20 groups are having to ring the 'emergency' number for help is a clear indiction the system is not fit for purpose. If my parents, for example, had experienced this I think they'd have had a melt down...

The ventillation never stops in the Bathroom, so noisy. The room is small for 3 people, no place for clothes. But the staff was helpful.

Relatively easy to get to by taxi from the airport
Empty pizza box in the bedroom. Slightly corroding shower tray = tired around the edges. Very expensive (but still one of the cheapest during the K Show).
