I stayed for 6 nights due to a work-related trip. Easy to use self check-in, clean and nicely sized room for one person for a decent price. Friendly staff from the little interaction I had. Quiet and calm area with a tram connection, doesn't take too long to get to the center of Dusseldorf or to the airport. Would book again, though if you want to be more connected to the city, there are closer options for a similar price.
The location is a bit more remote and far away from everything than I expected if you don't have a car, but with train+tram it took about 30 minutes to get to from the airport. No kitchen or fridge in the room, which might make longer stays more difficult.

Well, I will start with my horrible experience with the guy behind the reception, who is pretending to be THE BOSS OF BB HOTELS, for sure , after cleaning with the mop , he is big boss. Me and my friend we arrived around 13 o’clock and we had only cash money. Outside 30 degrees. The guy, who was cleaning the “after breakfast” told us that we can go only doing card payment for the room, because the reception is closed until 17:00 o’clock. Then we had 3h to die of the sun and the fact, that yesterday was Friday and we went outside.Egal . I just wanted to explain how we were feeling to have a receptionist there , cash money in us, need of sleep and at least we had left humor. We asked everyone, who was coming to the hotel if we can give cash to pay our room- unfortunately we couldn’t and we decided to just sit and accept our destiny and just wait 3h. Around 15:10 , I’ve managed to make a reservation by miracle and there was an option “PAY AT PROPERTY” and the posible time was from 15:00 o clock ; not 17:00 - as he said. Then we were called to go there by my reservation, took our documents , gave us key. Just a short pre-history, in my opinion the life of this person is totally sad , thats why he was so passive-agressive to people , who just go there to have a little more sleep . I will say that in our coming there - there were leftovers from the breakfast and I politely asked if I can have some , because we were hungry - I wanted one 50ml joghurt with strawberries, which was looking mega delicious and for my hangover head- amazing. He said yes and gave me milk for coffee ( cream) and i said no no, I wanted joghurt sir. And he denied. Looking me so bad , l offered to pay. He told me that is for the breakfast and its extra to the reservations and i offered again to pay the same money, doesnt matter how much, in front of my eyes was nice breakfast , which is going to be destroyed perhaps afterwards ( i mean the bread and the croissants) . I told him im hungry.

Hotel itself is great, easy access from motorway, standard B&B setup, plenty of parking, good Italian restaurant 5 min walk away.
Unable to check in when we arrived due to system issue. Communication from reception regards issue was lacking. After waiting 10mins, got asked to take a seat for 10 mins whilst they trued to solve issue. Issue perhaps could not be helped, but after 13hrs of travel, our family just wanted to get into our room.

Location next to the Dome stadium.
No parking because the hotel didn’t control who parked in their parking lot. We ended up driving around and paying for parking. The man at the reception blamed me because we waited till 7:00 to check in.

Upon arrival my room was dirty. The beds have the look and feel of a military cot. Very small rooms, even for a budget hotel One staff was friendly, the woman front desk person had the attitude of a drill sergeant - welcome back to unfriendly Germany

For a concert, or event, next to the PSD Bank Dome. Nice clean basic rooms. Very polite and friendly staff. Possibility to power your electric car.
