We had a family apartment and it was very spacious with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was simple but had everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is close to the city centre and it's in a pleasant neighbourhood. We'd definitely come back.
We stayed 1 week and I'd have liked a broom to clean the floor (we only had a dustpan and brush which made a little more difficult). But other than that all was fine.

Everything was tidy, clean and the location is super close to the center and not crowded street - still you can sleep with no noise at night.
Nothing but we couldnt find laundry option around.

Having a separate kitchen . Very good closet space. Nice size bathroom. Appreciated the bathroom supplies.
I would have appreciated a small bottle of conditioner, but not really a complaint.

The care and attention shown by the service team was very good. The room was clean and the furniture was in good condition. Location was great for both office and accessibility to places in Dsseldorf
Some essential items are missing like a shower caddy.

The apartment is really in the center of the city. I can go to a lot of places by walking distance. The spacious bathroom and complete kitchen. Anyway we enjoy staying in this apartment.
The light in the kitchen is annoying. every time I open the drawer, I always hit the lamp. The heater is sometimes noisy. Just small things need to consider

Great location, within walking distance of everything we needed. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Didn't need to ask Margareta anything as she provided all useful info without prompting. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and will certainly book the apartment again.
Not too keen on having the microwave next to the bed, ideally it should be in the kitchen. A chest of drawers or some shelves for clothing would be nice as anything that couldn't be hung in the wardrobe had to stay in the suitcase.

Excellent location if you want to explore the old town as you can reach everything by foot. Very good value for money during Christmas holidays. The apartment area seems very quiet and I liked the key in the lockbox on arrival. It was always warm in the apartment(even with no heating on most of the time). Apartment looks decent, clean enough but could be improved.
Apartment floor could be cleaner. We were three guests, but only had cutlery and plates for two. Microwave in our apartment was old and therefore very slow. There is no oven, so better microwave would be great. It would be great to have some essential spices in the kitchen. Pillows should be replaced with new ones.

Disappointing
NOTHING, bad, bad. The poor cleaning, there was urine on the door of the apartment, the uncomfortable worn bedding did not fit what a mattress simulated, hairs on the towels, cables hanging. I left earlier and booked another hotel.

This is a great apartment! It was super clean, with towels and hairdryer, a little kitchen in a very quiet contest , it's 15 minutes by foot far from the central station and 18 minutes by foot far from the center, the owner is very kindly and polite
