Super spacious and clean. It's a penthouse apartment. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with its own bathroom. One bathroom has a bathtub. Kitchen, living room downstairs with one toilet. 2 big couches aslo can be used for additional beds. Very comfortable. Both washing machine and dishwashing machine are provided. The one outside the kitchen has a good view and could see the Rhine Tower. 2 balconies of which one has a good view and could see the Rhine Tower. Very spacious. The location is good close to the tram stop. There are a few restaurants Chinese, pizza, and cafes, in the area. But you also can catch tram or walk less than half an hour to the central station. There are restaurants and kiosks everywhere. Only one thing to remember is if you have so many luggages, please ask the front desk for the key to the elevator as it can stop inside the living room. Otherwise, you have to climb one floor vs. stairs.
Nothing much other than the fact the reception forgot to give us the key for the lift which is located in our living room. We had to get out the lift on the 5th floor and then carry all the luggages up to the level above. Other than that it was the good choice to stay here. Highly recommend!

This was the second of two rooms we had booked to go to the Christmas markets. It was in a great place for this - just a 15 minute walk away. The room was a good size and the bed comfy.

We came to Dusseldorf for the Christmas markets and the location of the hotel was great - a 15 minute walk away. The staff on reception were all very helpful and we were given a free travel pass for local transport. We were also able to leave our cases there on the day we left as our flight was late on. The apartment was really big but never cold! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was a small outside space with a table and chairs which we didn't use due to the time of year and the weather.
The only slight thing was that because of its size, the lounge looked a little empty (it actually had 2 couches, a chair, coffee table TV and bookshelves!) A couple of pictures or ornaments may have made it more homely. This however certainly didn't spoil our stay one bit!

On checking in staff were very friendly and helpful, but was bordering on disinterested for the rest of the stay (no local knowledge etc)
