Bed lenin, shower, staff at the reception
The lady running the breakfast was very rude to me in high pitch voice but not to others. Even though I was told I could get coffee from the coffee machine when I checked out at 6am, she denied me. Previous day she told me the breakfast was closed even though she let others pass.
Screen mirroring service was not available. We were told there were limited "slots" for the hotel and we were not getting any all the while for three nights we stayed and the parking lot was empty one night with very low occupancy and yet. So I do not believe their reason. Neither did the reception staff but that's what they were told to tell.
The room refrigerator heats up the room and the hotel did not have AC or fan running. We had to open the windows and sleep with all the noise from outside.

No lift, which could be a problem for some getting luggage to higher floors.

The suite was totally worth the price. It was spacious, very comfortable and surprisingly great for a family. Lots of parking space for your car and a good breakfast. The staff were nice and friendly too. I didn't get to go to the sauna but I'm sure it's nice.
The wifi wasn't great. I had some quick stuff to do for work and wanted to stream some movies and had lots of trouble getting a constant flow of data. I'd be cautious about this if you need high-bandwidth.
Outside the hotel, cell phone reception also wasn't good around the city (Unterbacher See). For better reception you have to go to Duesseldorf.

We made a wrong booking, but the staff were very accommodating and managed to get us another room.
We were really looking forward to the sauna, but it turned out it was only open between 16 and 22, so we missed it.

Good and easy to reach Location, parking, clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed, quiet, good selection at breakfast buffet, friendly service during check-in. Invoice was prepared and put under the door in the morning.
Free drinks in the mini bar, incl. juice, water, cola, beer!
No elevator available, had to carry up my suitcase 2 flight of stairs.
After returning to my room after breakfast my room card didn’t work. I went back down to the reception. But there was no one to be seen. There is no personnel at the reception in the morning, they were all working in the breakfast room (and checkout invoice was put already under the door). When I finally got the attention of one of them she came to me to the reception to restore the room key. But she was unfriendly and blamed me for not having taken both room cards with me to breakfast, because it was to be expected that one of them might not work…! This felt a bit off, there’s no need to blame the customer if the fault is with their equipment.

It was clean and spacious, with good facilities, a good choice at breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
The air con didn’t work, and the pillows didn’t give much support. An information pack in the room would have been nice.
