Poor
Positive was the size of the room. Beds were comfy. Location was in the middle of the city with walkable access to the metro.
Lights did not work, not enough electrical ports especially by the bedside (only 1 port) when one needs to charge your phone. Might be a struggle with travelers with heavy luggages as to the building we stayed did bot have a fire alarm. The receptionist on duty was not the friendliest we have met and check in was 1-1:30pm but they were late and we were asked to wait an hour (checked in at 2:30pm).

I really liked the hotel, especially its location in the Old Town. It was very close to plenty of pubs, restaurants, and public transport, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
I stayed in a single room. It was small, but perfectly adequate for one person. Everything was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — everything was fresh and delicious.
I would also like to mention the lovely lady at reception, who kindly arranged an early check-in for me. All the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Old buikding, sound isolation from the other rooms is very poor.

The staff was helpful the rooms were clean and comfortable
We didn't like the fact that when we booked a family room through Booking.com, they only gave us one bed and for children under 6 years old, it doesn't say that there is an extra charge, but there is an extra charge.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was great and good sized towels. There was a fan however when I turned it on thick dust flew out of it .Room was fairly clean and it was right in the centre of the old town.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for what we paid
Room was very tired and curtains and nets needed a good wash. Room door was a bit dirty too.
