The staff was helpful the rooms were clean and comfortable
We didn't like the fact that when we booked a family room through Booking.com, they only gave us one bed and for children under 6 years old, it doesn't say that there is an extra charge, but there is an extra charge.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was great and good sized towels. There was a fan however when I turned it on thick dust flew out of it .Room was fairly clean and it was right in the centre of the old town.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for what we paid
Room was very tired and curtains and nets needed a good wash. Room door was a bit dirty too.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It had a private bathroom, which was spotless as well. The breakfast was far beyond my expectations—it was absolutely excellent. The hotel's location is right in the city center, making it perfect for dining, shopping, and exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. I was very satisfied with everything, and if I visit again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel.

The room had an unpleasant smell in it and there were multiple spiderwebs and spiders in the corners and on the ceiling. It gets really loud during night.

When I saw the area, I was really amazed how great it is located. The Georgian girl in the reception one of the most friendly stuff, I’ve communicated with. This is definitely 10 points.
When we came, it was 35 degrees, & room we had was like sauna, but without any waiting she changed it for us.
The lockers on the door works with a lot of efforts, the floor was bit unclean, my beige socks became dark in 5 minutes, but it looks like it was extra room or something.
