Exceptional
The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It had a private bathroom, which was spotless as well. The breakfast was far beyond my expectations—it was absolutely excellent. The hotel's location is right in the city center, making it perfect for dining, shopping, and exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. I was very satisfied with everything, and if I visit again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel.

The breakfasts were tasty. The staff very pleasant. The location was amazing. The room was very clean. The price was reasonable.
Because of the location, there were some homeless people who were right outside our window who made a lot of noise in the morning. They were not bothering anyone. Just loud.

Location right in the city center, but on the small quite street, you have good access to all the fun places in the city while keeping pease and quite in your room. We had small comfortable room for us 2, yes the overall look is old and used, but it's clean and tidy. Bed linen was clean and changed accordingly. The bathroom was sparkling clean.
breakfast was nice with a good selection of food for a good start of the day.

We loved the location of the hotel, the staff's attention and the hotel's breakfast. If we come back, we will stay at Hotel Alt Dusseldorf again.

Breakfast buffet was generous
One low wattage lightbulb in an unclean ceiling fixture. So dim we couldn’t see inside our luggage. And one desk lamp on a chair. Long black hairs in the shower.

The people are great and the location is hard to beat. The value is off the charts. Breakfast was included and was typical european breakfast with youghart, fruit, meats and cheeses as well as cerials coffee and fresh OJ.
The rooms are small and the bathroom is a bit cramped. This is just something to know before staying here.
