Their parking doesn’t have capacity for the hotel size. They act surprised, that people show up with cars. Get ready to search for a parking spot somewhere in the street with the risk to be fined

All night long the heater made noise and creaked.
There was no toothpaste, no iron.
We waited 90 minutes for food in the restaurant at the hotel in the evening and the food was terrible.
