My experience at A&O Hostel was absolutely unacceptable. I asked the reception to change my room because it was extremely stuffy and had a terrible odor, but they refused to help in any way. Even though the 6-bed dorm was fully occupied, I woke up in the middle of the night to find another person sleeping on the couch inside the room — this is completely unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty and there wasn’t even any toilet paper available. Zero hygiene, zero support, zero customer care. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Convenient to travel to/from the main train station. Hotel Staff provides professional and timely assistance when you need it.
Noisy street and people talking at the gate till deep night may keep you away from sleeping.

The location is good. It took me about 15 minutes to walk from hotel to the train station and there is a light rail way Stop just in front of the hotel.
No tooth brush and no sleeper shoes. The room beside the street may have problem of noise from traffic and people talking in groups by the

Staff super friendly and helpful. Beds comfy. Bathrooms immaculate. Breakfast tasty. Mostly young people but a few of us older folks doing budget traveling.
Room very sparse (expected). No drawers or closet.

Good location not far away from central station, big and comfortable open space and chillout zone with a huge TV, friendly staff.
I stayed in the room#20 and it was a big, cold, half-empty space with no windows. The furniture, toilets and shower are good, like at other A&O hostels. But I would recommend to avoid booking that particular room again.
